FLT Picker - Worksop

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an FLT Picker to work with a leading logistics company in Worksop. This role involves a variety of warehouse tasks, including operating machinery and managing stock to ensure efficient operations.
Shift Patterns:
- Working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
- Available shifts: Days or Nights 18.00-06.00.
- Each 12-hour shift includes one 30-minute unpaid break and one 15-minute unpaid break. Pay Rates:
- 13.20 GBP hourly Essential Requirements for FLT Picker:
- Minimum 18 years old.
- Previous warehouse experience or willingness to undergo full forklift picking training.
- Own transport if living outside the Worksop area.
- Travel time within 40 minutes.
- Physically fit for manual handling duties. Desirable Requirements for FLT Picker:
- Forklift licence or previous recent experience on Reach Truck, VNA truck, or other forklift types.
- Team player with flexibility, self-awareness, responsibility, and a strong duty of care. Role for FLT Picker:
- Operate FLT Reach and VNA trucks.
- Perform PPT picking and pallet or case picking.
- Manage stock reallocation and replenishment.
- Handle loading and unloading of goods.
- Complete general warehouse duties including picking and packing. Benefits for FLT Picker:
