Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Shift Allowance:
AM / PM shifts: £12.71 per hour + £1.20 per hour shift allowance
Night shifts: £12.71 per hour + £1.68 per hour shift allowance
Job Type: Full-time | Temp to Perm
Shifts: Rotating shifts | 7-day rota
Production Operatives Required - Weedon, NN7
Quest Employment are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Production Operatives / Manufacturing Operators to join a well-established pharmaceutical manufacturer based in Weedon, Northamptonshire.
This is a great opportunity for someone with production, factory, food manufacturing, FMCG or pharmaceutical experience who is looking for long-term work within a clean, regulated manufacturing environment.
Full training will be provided, however candidates must be reliable, detail-focused and confident following strict procedures.
The Role
As a Production Operative / Manufacturing Operator, your duties may include:
Supporting the production of liquid medicines
Carrying out bulk preparation, filling, packing and cleaning tasks
Operating bottling and production machinery
Working on packing lines and production lines
Completing production paperwork accurately
Following GMP procedures and company standards
Maintaining high hygiene, quality and safety standards
Checking products and packaging for quality
Reporting faults, issues or production deviations promptly
Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe
Working as part of a team to meet production requirements
Following all health and safety procedures at all times
What Were Looking For
We are looking for candidates who:
Have previous production, factory, manufacturing or warehouse experience
Have experience within pharmaceutical, food production or FMCG environments, desirable
Can follow procedures accurately and work to high standards
Have strong attention to detail
Are reliable, punctual and hardworking
Are comfortable completing paperwork accurately
Can work in a clean, regulated production environment
Are flexible to work rotating shifts and a 7-day rota
Can work well as part of a team
Have a positive attitude and are looking for long-term work
Previous experience with GMP procedures, bottling lines, packing lines or regulated manufacturing would be beneficial, but is not essential as full training will be provided.
