Islip Pay Rate: £13.40 per hour (Days) / £14.74 per hour (Backs)

Overtime: £17.42 per hour (Days) / £18.76 per hour (Backs)

Shift Pattern: 6:00am2:00pm / 2:00pm10:00pm

Working Days: Any 5 days out of 7, including weekends, on a rota

Contract: Temporary Ongoing Start: Immediate starts available Warehouse Operatives Immediate Starts Quest Employment are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a large and busy retail distribution centre in Islip.

The Role As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include: Picking customer orders using a voice-picking headset Picking and packing clothing and accessories Using RF scanners to accurately locate and process stock Manual handling and moving stock around the warehouse Ensuring orders are picked accurately and efficiently Working towards daily productivity and quality targets Following all health & safety and site procedures Supporting other areas of the warehouse when required.

What We're Looking For
- We are looking for candidates who are: Reliable , punctual and committed to ongoing work Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling Able to work any 5 days out of 7 , including weekends Flexible to work rotating day and back shifts Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Have a good level of spoken and written English.

Willing to complete all required training Able to successfully complete a Drug & Alcohol test Have their own transport due to the location and shift times Previous warehouse, picking, packing or voice-picking experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided.

Shift & Payday Shift: 6:00am 2:00pm £13.40 per hour Overtime : £17.42 per hour Back Shift: 2:00pm 10:00pm £14.74 per hour Overtime : £18.76 per hour.

Please note: You will be required to work any 5 days out of 7 , including weekends, according to the site rota .
