Are you looking to join a brilliant team in an administrative Human Resources role in central Chichester?
We have two fantastic opportunities available one permanent and one fixed term.
As our HR Administrative Assistant, you will:
Support the staff recruitment process by using our Applicant Tracking System to process applications, send correspondence, prepare paperwork, make arrangements for interviews and obtain required information.
Provide an efficient and customer-focused reception service for the HR team
Undertake other administrative tasks to support the wider HR team as required.

What you will bring to the role:
Experience of office administration and working in a customer focused environment.
GCSE (or equivalent) in English & Maths at grade C/4 or above.
Time management, organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

The working pattern for this role will be 8.30am 5pm Monday to Friday.
Two opportunities available one permanent and one fixed term secondment cover for a maximum of one year or until the return, resignation or replacement of the current post holder, whichever is sooner. Xohmjla Please state in your application if you have a preference.
