Shift:06 am to 2 pm Monday to Sunday any 5 days £12.71/h

14:00-22:00 Monday to Friday £12.71/h

10pm - 6 am Sunday - Thursday £13.96/h

About the Role

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our logistics team Hungerford RG17. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is committed to meeting daily operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
• Using handheld scanners to process stock accurately
• Sorting, organising, and replenishing stock
• Meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following company procedures and health & safety guidelines

Requirements

• Must have own car or reliable transport to attend night shifts
• Experience using handheld scanners is preferred
• Ability to meet daily targets consistently
• Strong attention to detail
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently
• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential
