I'm working with a long-established, well loved operator to lead a cluster of high-energy, late-night venues in Lancashire. Big rooms, big nights, big characters.

You'll:

Run multiple late-night venues as one slick operation

Lead from the front at peak - Fridays, Saturdays, the season in full flow

Keep it safe and legal - door, licensing, cash, compliance

Drive sales, atmosphere and the numbers behind them

You are:

✅ Multi-site or a big-venue leader from late-night, bars or high-volume hospitality

✅ At your best when it's heaving; calm in the chaos

✅ North West/Lancashire based, or ready to be

✅ Someone who wants real autonomy and a culture of trust and can-do
