Lettings/Senior Lettings Negotiator | Canary Wharf

£60,000k-£80,000k OTE potential

£30,000 – £35,000 basic (incl. Car allowance)

What you’ll be doing

• Register applicants + match to suitable properties
• Conduct viewings across East London & Essex
• Build relationships with landlords & tenants
• Negotiate offers + see deals through to completion
• Maintain CRM systems and records
• Deliver a high level of customer service

• Confident communicator with strong people skills
• Motivated, driven, and career-focused
• Background in sales, customer service, or hospitality ideal
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Based in/near East London

• Full UK driving licence + car essential
