Marketing & Office Assistant

Carnforth, Lancashire

⏰ Part-time or Full-time | Flexible hours

Are you creative, organised, confident and full of ideas?

We’re looking for a Marketing & Office Assistant to join our growing team at Lune Valley Pods & Lodges.

This is a varied, hands-on role split roughly 50% Marketing / 50% Office & Admin — working closely with Sam and Carly.

MARKETING

• Creating content for Facebook, Instagram & TikTok

• Filming and photographing our latest pods and luxury lodges

• Creating Reels and short-form videos

• Designing brochures, flyers and adverts

• Updating our website

• Helping with email marketing and promotions

• Promoting exhibitions, new products and launches

• Bringing fresh ideas to help grow the Lune Valley brand

☎ OFFICE & ADMIN

• Answering calls and customer enquiries

• Responding to emails

• Updating our customer database

• Recording and following up sales leads

• Assisting with quotations and paperwork

• Organising appointments and customer visits

• General day-to-day office administration

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You don’t need years of marketing experience.

For us, attitude, personality, creativity and a willingness to learn are just as important as what’s on your CV.

We’d love someone who is:

✨ Friendly and confident with customers

✨ Organised with good attention to detail

✨ Comfortable with computers and social media

✨ Proactive and able to work independently

✨ Happy working as part of a small, busy team

Experience with Canva, social media, photography, video editing, websites, digital marketing, customer service or office administration would be a bonus.
