Class 2 Driver

Taskmaster Resources Ltd is looking for reliable Class 2 Drivers for our client based in Brackmills, Northampton.

What does the job involve?

Delivering healthcare products to hospitals, clinics and patients' homes.

Up to 11 deliveries per day across the UK, including London.

This is a handball role and may involve delivering products directly to hospital departments, clinics or customers' rooms.

Safe unloading of products using pump trucks and Material Handling Equipment, including Climb Stackers and Linde equipment.

Full training will be provided on all MHE equipment.

Completing delivery paperwork and PODs.

Following all healthcare, safety and GDP requirements.

Working hours: Monday to Friday. Start times between 04:00 and 06:00.

Pay rate: £18.08ph to £22.51ph

Skills and Experience:

Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence.

CPC qualification.

Digital Tachograph Card.

Maximum 6 penalty points.

Good attitude, reliability and attention to detail.

Comfortable with a physically active role.

Duties:

Drivers may be required to operate 3.5T, 7.5T, 12T and 18T vehicles, depending on the route assigned.

Full training will be provided.

All candidates will be required to complete a DBS check.

This role would suit drivers who enjoy varied routes, physical work and providing a high level of service on a healthcare contract.
