Customer Support Engineer – AI Tech

Oxford Circus, London – Hybrid

£30,000–£35,000 DOE

2–3 days per week with the team

We're working with an exciting, fast-growing AI technology company that is looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join its London team.

Their platform is already used by 1,500+ healthcare professionals globally, with customers across the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves the combination of technology, problem-solving and working directly with customers.

What you'll be doing:

• Onboarding new customers and leading product demos
• Providing ongoing customer and technical support
• Troubleshooting platform, configuration and technical issues
• Managing support tickets, bugs and customer requests
• Working closely with the Product Development team
• Keeping customers updated throughout the resolution process
• Identifying recurring issues and suggesting product improvements

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a technical/customer support role within a technology company
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• Confidence explaining technical issues in a simple way
• Ability to pick up new software and technology quickly
• Someone who will thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Experience with AI or prompt generation would be a bonus, but it isn't essential.
