ASSISTANT MERCHANDISER – THIRD PARTY ECOMMERCE

We are recruiting for an exciting premium fashion brand in Leeds looking to appoint an Assistant Merchandiser – Third Party Ecommerce to join their merchandising team.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Merchandiser with ecommerce experience to take responsibility for supporting product planning, trading and performance across key third-party ecommerce partners.

The Role

Working closely with Merchandising, Buying, Marketing and Logistics, you will help optimise sales, stock performance and the customer experience across third-party channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate product launches, ensuring product data, imagery, descriptions and pricing are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Manage product listings and ensure they meet brand and retailer requirements.
  • Monitor stock availability, replenishment and fulfilment across ecommerce partners.
  • Support the planning and selection of future product assortments.
  • Produce weekly and monthly sales reports and recommend appropriate trading actions.
  • Analyse sales, sell-through, returns, stock and product performance to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Support promotional calendars, discount activity and performance analysis.
  • Build strong relationships with third-party account managers and internal teams.

About You

  • 1–2 years' experience within merchandising, ecommerce or retail planning.
  • Experience managing product listings across third-party ecommerce platforms.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent Excel knowledge.
  • Good understanding of retail merchandising, planning and ranging.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to translate data into actions.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative and passionate about fashion and retail.
