Our schools include mainstream secondary provision, specialist provision and a shared Wolverhampton-based Sixth Form serving both Aldersley High School and Moreton School.
This breadth of provision is one of the Trust’s defining strengths: it gives Amethyst a rich understanding of different learner pathways, the importance of inclusion, and the need for high expectations across a diverse range of contexts.

This gives the Trust a distinctive role in supporting inclusive pathways from early years to secondary education into post-16 study, preparation for adulthood, independenceand wider community participation.
Each school brings its own strengths, local relationships and improvement priorities.
The next CEO will need to value this individuality while strengthening the common systems, shared expectations and collaborative culture that enable all schools to benefit from being part of Amethyst.
Candidates should understand that the Trust’s future success will depend on securing consistently strong outcomes, inclusive practice and leadership capacity across different contexts, while remaining responsive to the communities each school serves.
