The Company

Our client is a fast-growing international luxury design business working with high-end furniture, interiors and collectable pieces sourced from leading designers and makers globally.

With operations spanning Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the US, they coordinate complex international deliveries for private clients, interior designers and luxury projects worldwide.

The Role & Responsibilities

Our client is looking to appoint a Logistics Executive to manage the end-to-end coordination of international shipments and deliveries.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing international air freight and sea freight shipments

• Coordinating imports and exports globally

• Handling customs documentation, import duty and VAT processes

• Liaising with freight forwarders, carriers and delivery partners

• Tracking shipments and resolving logistics issues proactively

• Working closely with suppliers and designers across countries including Italy, Brazil and India

• Supporting smooth delivery execution from origin through to final installation

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience within high-end international logistics environments such as:

• Fine art transport

• Luxury interiors or furniture

• Fashion or luxury goods

You will ideally have:

• Experience managing international shipping and freight processes

• Strong understanding of customs procedures and import/export documentation

• Experience dealing with air freight, sea freight and high-value deliveries

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach

• The ability to manage multiple international shipments simultaneously
