You will help translate developed design into coordinated, buildable information and work closely with design, project and construction teams through to completion. The role is hands on project role suiting an architect who wants to be close to drawings, and draw.

  • Translate design intent into clear, technically resolved and buildable packages
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior and specialist consultants
  • Manage packages against agreed programmes and deadlines

  • Support tender preparation and construction sequencing
  • Manage RFIs, technical queries and design changes during construction
  • Support site delivery and maintain design quality through to completion
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and specialist suppliers
  • Provide direction and technical support to other Architects and Assistants
  • Maintain clear communication across design, technical and construction teams

Skills & Experience

  • ARB-registered Architect or experienced architectural professional at Senior Architect / Associate level
  • Strong experience delivering projects through RIBA Stage 4 and beyond
  • Proven experience across technically complex residential projects and managing packages
  • Strong technical, detailing, coordination and construction knowledge
  • Experience managing consultants and external stakeholders
  • Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and current technical requirements
  • Construction-stage and site experience
  • Working knowledge of Revit
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience with heritage, listed buildings, high-end residential or complex refurbishment would be beneficial

This opportunity would suit a Senior Architect with a strong technical background who wants greater ownership of project delivery and more involvement in the technical and construction side of projects. It offers the chance to work on high-quality, individually designed residential projects and gain broad exposure across the full project lifecycle within a growing team.
