£50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Excellent Pension Permanent

Hybrid (2 Days in Office based in London)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive Business Analyst who enjoys working across the full project lifecycle and wants to play a key role in shaping future business processes and technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.
• Facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders across the business.
• Creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and workflow diagrams.
• Working closely with delivery, technical and testing teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Supporting Agile, Scrum and hybrid project delivery environments.
• Driving process improvements and helping deliver tangible business value.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience delivering projects as a Business Analyst.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and writing user stories using Gherkin methodology.
• Ability to work independently and act as a self-starter.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio or similar.
• A passion for continuous improvement and business change.
