Job Description:

Quest Employment are recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a busy site in Wellingborough. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, supporting efficient order fulfilment and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Packing products securely to prevent damage
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily targets
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
• Assisting with inventory checks and reporting discrepancies
• Unloading containers and organising stock onto pallets
• Labelling deliveries and controlling incoming stock

Requirements:

• Previous picking and packing experience essential
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting items
