About the Role

Join Apollo Aerospace Components as an Internal Sales Account Manager and play a key role in growing customer accounts, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional service. You will manage a portfolio of customers, identify opportunities for profitable sales growth, and work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. What you will be doing:

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to achieve long-term success through growth and profitability.
  • Develop positive relationships with clients.
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers individual needs
  • Generate new profitable business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Achieve sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Liaise with materials and warehouse team to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Liaising with suppliers where necessary.
  • Resolving any invoice queries raised by the customer
  • Aiding our AR department when needed to get outstanding invoices paid
  • Review of any open quality concerns

What We're Looking For:

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience within the Mil-Aero interconnect sector
  • Engineering/technical background is preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years Sales experience
  • Excellent IT Skills
  • Ability to identify opportunities to maximise profitable sales.
  • Excellent Timekeeping & attendance
  • Hardworking and reliable.
