We are currently recruiting HLOP Drivers / MHE Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and well-established logistics operation in Kettering, NN14.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for stable, long-term work with guaranteed hours and no daily cancellations.

The role involves working within a modern warehouse operation, primarily picking products for a major online supermarket using an HLOP (High Level Order Picker).

If you do not currently have HLOP experience but have previous experience operating other MHE equipment, we would still like to hear from you.

Candidates with experience on LLOP, PPT, Reach Truck, Counterbalance or VNA can be considered, as full HLOP training can be provided.

There is also an opportunity to move onto a full-time contract after approximately 3 months, subject to performance and business requirements.

Shift Patterns & Pay Rates

You will be required to work any 5 days out of 7, therefore weekend availability is essential.

AM Shift:

06:00 14:00

£13.32 per hour

PM Shift:

14:00 22:00

£14.12 per hour blended rate

Saturday: £14.28 per hour
Sunday: £17.54 per hour

Overtime is also available.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking products for an online supermarket using an HLOP
• Picking and packing orders accurately
• Operating MHE safely and efficiently
• Stock replenishment
• Locating and moving stock within the warehouse
• Completing relevant paperwork and documentation
• General warehouse duties
• Following all Health & Safety procedures

Experience We Can Consider

We are interested in candidates with experience operating any of the following:

• HLOP High Level Order Picker
• LLOP Low Level Order Picker
• PPT Powered Pallet Truck
• Reach Truck
• Counterbalance Forklift
• VNA

Full HLOP training will be provided for suitable candidates with previous MHE experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous HLOP or other MHE experience
• Good level of spoken and written English
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Safety-conscious
• Comfortable working at height when operating an HLOP
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible to work any 5 days out of 7, including weekends
• Ideally live locally or have reliable transport to Kettering, NN14
