Qualified Residential Children's Support Worker / Senior Residential Support Worker

Location: Near Burtonwood, Warrington
Salary: £37,310 - £39,390 per annum (including sleep-ins)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift Pattern: 2 on / 4 off

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a QualifiedResidential Children's Support Worker or Senior Residential Support Worker to join a children's residential home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Key Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality care and support to children and young people
• Building positive relationships and promoting emotional wellbeing
• Supporting education, independence and life skills development
• Safeguarding young people and promoting positive behaviour
• Maintaining accurate records and reports
• Participating in sleep-in duties as part of the rota

Requirements

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) essential
• Previous experience within children's residential care
• Experience supporting young people with EBD
• Full UK driving licence preferred

Working Pattern

• 8:00am - 11:30pm
• Sleep-in
• 7:00am - 11:30pm
• Sleep-in
• Morning handover
• 2 on / 4 off rota

Salary

• Residential Children's Support Worker: £37,310 per annum
• Senior Residential Support Worker: £39,390 per annum
