We are currently seeking a Driver's Mate to join our team in assisting our delivery drivers with the transportation of goods. This role involves supporting the driver in delivering items to customers and ensuring efficient logistics operations.

Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday with early starts around 0600, always with double-manned support.

Pay Range: £12.71 per hour

Location: St Clears

IMMEDIATE STARTS AVAILABLE

Duties:

• Assist the delivery driver in loading and unloading goods onto the vehicle
• Safely secure items for transportation to prevent damage
• Accompany the driver on delivery routes, providing navigation assistance
• Communicate effectively with the driver and customers during deliveries
• Help with heavy lifting and moving of items as required
• Support in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse or delivery vehicle

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Driver's Mate or similar role is advantageous
• Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands of the job
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and customers
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures
• Valid UK driving licence preferred, but not essential
