The Role of a Home Carer: Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care
Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
Helping with medication
Above all, we're looking for someone kind, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about helping others . You don't need previous care experience or qualifications; if you have the right attitude and a caring nature, we can teach you the rest.
You'll bring: A warm , caring, and compassionate approach to supporting others
Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
A supportive , professional, and team-focused mindset
A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship)
A full UK driving licence
Flexibility to work alternating weekends
