Showroom Sales Advisor – Trade & Retail

Hitchin, SG4 0TW

• Full time, permanent
• Five-day working week, including weekends
• Circa £27,000–£30,000
• Achievable, uncapped commission

The Role

As a Showroom Sales Advisor, you'll welcome trade and retail customers, explore their requirements and help them find the perfect tiles and accessories for their projects.

You'll showcase the product range, provide tailored advice and confidently guide customers towards informed purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and establish their individual project requirements
• Showcase the extensive range of tiles and accessories
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable and tailored product advice
• Help customers make confident and informed purchasing decisions
• Build positive relationships with trade and retail customers
• Maintain a professional, enthusiastic and customer-focused approach
• Complete tasks accurately, systematically and thoroughly

The Ideal Candidate

You'll be a friendly, confident communicator who enjoys working with customers and thrives in a sales-focused environment.

Retail or showroom experience would be beneficial, but it is not essential, as comprehensive in-house training will be provided. Your enthusiasm, reliability and attitude are most important.

You will have:
