ECHO Personnel is recruiting a Multi Skilled Production Operative (Warehouse) for a well-established food manufacturing business based in Corby.

Salary:

Starting salary: £34,706 per annum

After successful probation: £40,830 per annum

Working Hours:

42 hours average per week

Panama shift pattern: 06:00 18:00 / 18:00 06:00, covering 7 days

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Support daily manufacturing and warehouse operations
• Load, unload, move, and store materials using a forklift truck (FLT)
• Complete production tasks in line with company procedures and quality standards
• Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety requirements are followed
• Carry out checks to maintain product quality and minimise waste
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment
• Work closely with team members to achieve production targets and support continuous improvement
• Complete all required documentation accurately

Requirements:

• Valid FLT licence (essential)
• Previous warehouse experience (essential)
• Good standard of IT skills essential (Microsoft packages, emails and in-house stock systems)
• Able and motivated to lift loads up to 25kg essential
• Good understanding of health & safety and workplace procedures
• Ability to work a rotating Panama shift pattern
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently
• Pivot Steer FLT licence desirable
• PPT licence desirable
• Previous food production / food manufacturing experience desirable
