The Role

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers in the field, converting warm leads into sales, and building a strong presence within your local territory.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and converting warm sales opportunities through direct customer engagement
• Building rapport and trust with prospective customers
• Managing your own sales pipeline and activity levels to achieve and exceed targets
• Handling objections professionally and confidently
• Generating customer referrals and recommendations
• Representing the business positively within your assigned territory
• Contributing ideas and best practices to support wider team success

About You

• To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Previous field sales, door-to-door sales, or direct sales experience
• A proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A resilient, self-motivated, and positive attitude
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• A full UK driving licence
