Purple Dove is an established specialist recruitment agency with a strong background in Early Years and childcare staffing across London.

We are now expanding further into the education sector, supplying SEN Teaching Assistants, Teaching Assistants and support staff to primary schools.

We're looking for an experienced, commercially minded Education Recruitment Consultant who would like the opportunity to build and develop an education desk under the Purple Dove brand.

This is a self employed, commission based opportunity, and would particularly suit an experienced recruiter who enjoys business development and wants greater earning potential and autonomy. Hours can be set to suit you.

Purple Dove provides the infrastructure behind you, including:

• Established company and brand
• CRM system
• Candidate registration and compliance processes
• Payroll and timesheets
• Client invoicing and credit control
• Recruitment advertising and candidate infrastructure
• Existing Early Years recruitment expertise
• Administrative and operational support

Commission: up to 60% of perm placement fees plus ongoing commission on temp placement profits

We are particularly interested in someone with previous experience in Education and Early Years recruitment.
