CLIENT ADVISOR | LONDON | FULL-TIME

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Fragrance Consultant to join a prestigious niche fragrance brand within one of London’s most iconic department stores.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is genuinely passionate about fragrance and enjoys creating highly personalised experiences for customers.

About the role

As a Fragrance Consultant, you will:

• Deliver an exceptional and personalised fragrance experience to every customer.
• Introduce customers to a distinctive and carefully curated fragrance collection.
• Confidently conduct fragrance consultations, understanding individual preferences and guiding customers towards the perfect scent.
• Share engaging product knowledge and bring the story, craftsmanship and inspiration behind each fragrance to life.
• Build strong and lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service and clienteling.
• Drive sales and consistently work towards individual and team targets.
• Develop and maintain a loyal client base, encouraging repeat business and long-term relationships.
• Stay highly knowledgeable across the fragrance collection, ingredients, compositions and brand heritage.
• Support launches, events and in-store activations.
• Maintain a beautifully presented counter and uphold the highest standards of luxury retail at all times.

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience within luxury or niche fragrance retail.
• Has a genuine passion and strong knowledge of fragrance.
• Is confident discussing fragrance notes, compositions and scent profiles with customers.
• Has excellent consultation and selling skills.
• Naturally creates memorable and personalised customer experiences.
• Is confident building relationships with HNW/VIC clients and developing a strong client book.
• Has a strong commercial mindset and enjoys achieving sales targets.
• Is warm, engaging and naturally curious.
• Takes pride in their presentation, product knowledge and customer service.
• Thrives within a fast-paced, prestigious department store environment.
