The Opportunity

Due to continued success, our client is looking for an eCommerce professional to join their team as an Amazon Marketplace Manager.

This is a highly commercial, hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of key client accounts and manage Amazon performance across both Vendor Central (1P) and Seller Central (3P).

A major selling point of this role is the breadth of ownership. You will move between the granular details of Vendor and Seller Central and the bigger picture of growing brands online, managing the full end-to-end eCommerce process. You will also have direct scope to provide guidance, coaching, and support to junior team members as the function continues to scale.

What You'll Be Doing

• Owning and developing relationships with key client accounts, becoming their trusted day-to-day eCommerce partner
• Taking ownership of Amazon performance across Vendor Central (1P) and Seller Central (3P)
• Managing the full end-to-end eCommerce process, including catalogue, pricing, inventory, availability, and promotions
• Analyzing sales, profitability, and marketplace performance to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Planning and delivering regular client performance reviews and QBRs
• Proactively troubleshooting Vendor and Seller Central issues to drive resolution with Amazon and internal teams
• Collaborating closely with internal Operations, Advertising, Content, and Tech teams to deliver excellent execution
• Coaching, mentoring, and supporting junior members of the eCommerce Acceleration team

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Strong hands-on experience managing Amazon marketplace accounts, either brand-side or agency-side
• Excellent working knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central, with a clear understanding of the 1P model
• Deep understanding of the commercial and operational levers that drive Amazon performance, including sales, margin, and catalogue health
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills with confident written and verbal English
• A commercially minded and analytical approach to turning data into useful insights
• Proactive, solutions-focused attitude with strong prioritization skills across multiple accounts
• Self-aware, open to feedback, and motivated to keep learning

Desirable

• Experience working in an agency or multi-client environment
• Experience with eCommerce analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Helium 10, Keepa)
• Experience with other marketplaces (e.g., Zalando, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Allegro)
• Experience with Amazon Advertising or working closely with performance marketing teams
• People management, mentoring, or coaching experience
