Commercial Interiors

London (4 day week)

£50K/£60K depending on experience (Negotiable)

An established and design-led commercial interior design business is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join its creative team.

This is a key creative role for someone who understands how exceptional graphic design, visual storytelling and presentation can make the difference in a competitive pitch or tender process.

The successful candidate must have proven experience creating pitch, tender and bid documents, ideally within Commercial Design & Build, Architecture, Interior Design or the wider built environment.

The Role

Working closely with the design, pre-construction and business development teams, the Graphic Designer will take ownership of producing high-quality creative material for new business opportunities.

Responsibilities will include:

• Creating pitch, tender and bid documents from initial brief through to final submission
• Developing compelling visual narratives that clearly communicate the team's creative and commercial proposition
• Designing high-impact presentations for competitive pitches and client meetings
• Working closely with interior designers, pre-construction and business development teams on live opportunities
• Transforming technical, commercial and design information into clear, visually engaging documents
• Producing credentials documents, project case studies, capability statements and proposals
• Creating bespoke graphics, layouts, diagrams and presentation assets
• Ensuring all submissions maintain an exceptionally high level of visual quality and brand consistency
• Managing multiple live pitches and tenders simultaneously
• Delivering polished creative work against tight and sometimes demanding deadlines
• Supporting wider marketing, brand and digital content when required

Essential Experience

Candidates must be able to demonstrate previous experience creating pitch and tender documents within a professional environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong professional experience as a Graphic Designer
• Proven experience designing pitch, tender, bid and proposal documents
• Ideally a background within Commercial D&B, Architecture, Interior Design or a related creative sector
• A portfolio demonstrating outstanding presentation design, typography, layout and visual storytelling
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• The ability to turn complex information into engaging and easy-to-understand visual content
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to work quickly without compromising creative quality
• Experience managing several deadlines and submissions simultaneously
• Confidence working with senior designers, sales teams and company leadership
• A genuine interest in architecture, workplace design and commercial interiors

The Person

They are looking for someone who is highly creative, proactive and comfortable working at pace.

This isn't simply a marketing graphics position. The successful candidate will understand the pressure and importance of a live pitch or tender, where deadlines cannot move and the quality of the final document can directly influence whether the business wins the project.

They will be able to take raw information, design concepts, technical content and commercial messaging and turn it into a cohesive, persuasive and beautifully designed submission.
