Syntrace builds conversational knowledge for institutional investors. We capture, organize and synthesize private conversations into source-backed knowledge a firm can build on.

We are now hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in London.

We are hiring across Stockholm, London, Dublin, New York, and beyond. The people who join in the next years will define what this company becomes.

You will own how we hire in the UK and Europe: sourcing, processes, candidate experience and employer brand. You will recruit for commercial, product and engineering roles at the same time, and find people who are not actively looking.

Our users trust us with the most sensitive conversations they have. The same standard applies to how we treat candidates: with respect, discretion and a clear answer, every time.

What you bring:

- Several years of recruiting at a fast-growing tech company or a specialist search firm.

- Experience hiring for both technical and commercial roles across several countries.

- A talent for reaching senior people who rarely answer recruiters.
