Our client is a small independent business looking for an experienced cook to join their weekend team. This is a temporary position working Saturdays and Sundays, preparing breakfast and lunch service. The role offers £15.00 per hour and is ideal for someone seeking flexible weekend work in a close-knit hospitality environment.

Cook Preferred Requirements

• Proven experience working as a cook in a professional kitchen environment
• Competence in preparing breakfast and lunch dishes to consistent standards
• Ability to work efficiently during service periods and manage time effectively
• Strong food hygiene and health and safety awareness
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a small team

Cook Preferred Qualifications

• Level 1 or Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
• Relevant culinary qualification or apprenticeship in professional cookery
• Experience in independent or small hospitality businesses
