Complex Care Assistant
Pay: £14.00 per hour (weekdays) / £14.50 per hour (weekends)
Location: Buckley
Shifts: 8 hour day shifts, MondaySunday
Contract: Permanent

About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and communicative Complex Care Assistant to support a young child who is fully dependent for all aspects of their care 24/7. You will play a vital part in delivering safe, person centred care within a home environment, ensuring comfort, dignity and wellbeing at all times.

What Youll Do
You will support with a wide range of complex care needs, including: Repositioning, mobility support and manual handling
Dual Jejunostomy and Gastrostomy Button feeding and medication administration
Monitoring skin and tissue viability
Managing complex epilepsy and dystonia, including rescue medication
Oxygen therapy, suctioning and saturation monitoring
Respiratory interventions such as bag and mask, oxygen and stimulation (multiple times per day)
Following a physiotherapy programme

What Youll Need
To be successful in this role, you should have: Experience caring for children with complex needs in a home care setting
Knowledge of respiratory management (beneficial)
A calm, patient and child centred approach
Strong communication skills and reliability
