Skills Development Tutor Automotive & IQA

Salary: Up to £35,000 per year
Location: Trafford Hybrid
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Are you an experienced Automotive professional with a passion for teaching, coaching and developing others?

We have fantastic opportunity for a Skills Development Tutor specialising in Automotive and Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) to join a growing education and skills team.

Youll work with learners across a range of programmes, helping them develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours they need to progress in their careers.

• Manage and support your own learner caseload.
• Deliver engaging face-to-face and blended learning.
• Plan and develop high-quality learning materials.
• Assess and provide constructive feedback on learner work.
• Track learner progress and provide support where needed.
• Support internal quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Maintain your own industry knowledge and professional development.

Were looking for someone with:

• 5+ years' vocational Automotive industry experience
• 12 years' teaching, learning and assessment experience
• Relevant professional/industry qualifications.
• Experience working within quality and Ofsted standards.
• A Diploma in Education and Training (DET) or equivalent, or a willingness to work towards one.
• Strong communication, coaching and learner engagement skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital learning platforms.
