Interim Junior Contract Manager/Paralegal/Junior Legal Counsel / - c.£4000 monthly fees depending on experience (Outside IR35) / Full home based roles / 1 month rolling contract basis

• Interim Junior Contract Manager/Paralegal/Junior Legal Counsel
• 1 month rolling contract basis
• Fully home-based role
• c.£4000 monthly fees depending on experience (Outside IR35) (based on a 20 day working month)
• Customer-facing role - working on IT Services and Outsourcing commercial contracts
• Supporting contract negotiations and post-signature contract management
• Pre-signature skillset - legal drafting of contracts
• Assisting Senior Legal members of the team on legal & commercial queries and stakeholder management
