Job description
We are looking for an experienced General Manager to join a well-established, high-profile restaurant in Central London. This is a busy, high-volume operation with a strong focus on classic service and traditional hospitality. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable leading a large team, running demanding services and maintaining high standards at volume.
The Role:
- Lead and develop a large FOH and management team
- Drive service standards and the overall guest experience
- Oversee staffing, training and productivity
- Manage labour, budgets, P&L and revenue performance
- Be hands-on and highly present on the restaurant floor
About You:
You will ideally come from a traditional British restaurant, established London institution, grand brasserie or luxury hotel restaurant, with proven experience managing a high-volume operation. We are open to experienced GMs as well as strong AGMs ready for their next step.
