Domiciliary Care Workers – Permanent Roles Locations: Staines, Byfleet and EghamJob Type: Permanent – full-time and part-time positions availableSalary: Competitive hourly rate, dependent on experienceSponsorship: Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for these positions.

About the Role

We are recruiting compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Workers to support individuals living in their own homes across Staines, Byfleet and Egham.

Key Responsibilities

Providing personal care, including washing, dressing and toiletingSupporting clients with medication in accordance with their care plansPreparing meals and assisting with eating and drinkingSupporting mobility and the safe use of mobility equipmentProviding companionship and emotional supportAssisting with light household dutiesSupporting clients with appointments, shopping and community activitiesAccurately completing care records and daily notesReporting any concerns or changes in a client's health or wellbeingPromoting each client's dignity, independence, choice and privacyFollowing safeguarding, health and safety, and infection-control proceduresRequirements Previous care experience is desirable, although full training may be providedA caring, patient and respectful approachGood communication and interpersonal skillsReliability and the ability to work independentlyFlexibility to work a range of shifts, including some evenings and weekendsA full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle may be required due to the community-based nature of the roleHold a current DBS / Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check and relevant employment checksApplicants must already have the unrestricted right to work in the UKWhat We Offer Permanent employmentFull-time and part-time opportunitiesFlexible shift patternsOngoing training and developmentSupportive management teamOpportunities for career progressionThe opportunity to make a meaningful difference within your local communityImportant Information Visa sponsorship is not available for these roles.
