Junior Product DesignerCurrently looking for a Junior Product Designer to help design and continuously improve web and mobile products for an organisation based in Bristol. You'll work alongside experienced designers and a wider product team to help enhance the current offering and modernise the wider design system.

Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate user needs and problems into simple, intuitive product experiencesCollaborate with Designers, Developers, Product Owners and Testers to deliver working productsConsider accessibility, responsiveness and usability throughout the design processCreate user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-quality designs in FigmaExplore AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance the design processContribute to the wider design system and maintain consistency across productsSupport user research, workshops and usability testingUse customer feedback and insights to improve existing featuresKey Skills & ExperienceA portfolio demonstrating UX/UI or product design workExperience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes or interface designsKnowledge of Figma is desirableStrong visual design skills and attention to detailAn understanding of user-centred design and usabilityCuriosity about digital products, AI and emerging technologiesStrong communication and collaboration skillsA genuine desire to learn, develop and grow as a product designer
