We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative/ Flt Driver to join a busy and growing warehouse team based in Witham. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high standards of accuracy and customer service.

Key ResponsibilitiesLoading and unloading goods and suppliesChecking deliveries for damaged or missing itemsBooking in and storing stock accuratelyMoving stock manually or using lifting equipment and forklift trucksLoading and unloading shipping containersPicking and packing multi-item customer ordersMaintaining accurate warehouse records and paperworkKeeping work areas clean, organised, and safeCommunicating with customers via email and telephoneUsing WMS systemsEnsuring all warehouse activities are carried out in accordance with Health and Safety regulationsThe Ideal Candidate Will HavePrevious warehouse experience, particularly in picking and packing multi-piece ordersStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenGood level of spoken and written EnglishA proactive and reliable approach to workGood attention to detail and accuracyThe ability to work effectively as part of a teamA good level of physical fitness, as the role involves regular lifting and manual handlingA valid FLT licence is desirableWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryOngoing training and developmentFriendly and supportive working environmentOpportunity to join a stable and growing business
