Customer Service LeadBanbury | £35,000 - £40,000 | Full-time, PermanentWe're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Customer Service Lead to join a successful business in Banbury. You'll be a key point of contact for customers, building strong relationships, managing enquiries and quotations and working across the business to ensure a great customer experience from enquiry through to delivery.

This is more than a traditional customer service role. You'll have the opportunity to identify commercial opportunities, improve processes and help drive continuous improvement across the operation.

Key responsibilities:

Building strong customer relationships and taking ownership of enquiries and escalationsManaging quotations and commercial follow-upCoordinating with technical support, purchasing, logistics and warehouse teamsProactively resolving issues, delays and operational challengesIdentifying opportunities to grow aftermarket sales and improve customer retentionReviewing processes and driving improvements to customer service and operational efficiencyMonitoring KPIs and using performance information to identify areas for improvementWe're looking for: Experience in customer service, account management, commercial support or operationsStrong customer relationship and problem-solving skillsExperience managing enquiries, quotations and order processingExcellent organisation and attention to detailA confident communicator who can work effectively across different departmentsA proactive, commercially aware approach with a genuine interest in improving how things are doneExperience within engineering, manufacturing, service or industrial equipment would be advantageous, but isn't essential.

What's in it for you?£35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience, 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, healthcare, sick pay and additional company benefits.
