Job description

The ideal candidate is an established CPO in a SaaS organisation with experience of PE investment and scaling efficiencies.
The role
- Define a product strategy that supports customer needs and commercial goals.
- Own the roadmap, including how priorities are agreed and communicated across the business.
- Improve how product, design, engineering, sales and customer success work together.
- Use AI where it helps the team gather insight, prototype and deliver effectively.
- Coach and develop the product and design team, raising the standard of execution.
What you'll bring
- Senior product leadership experience in a growing B2B SaaS business, ideally vertical SaaS.
- A track record of setting product strategy and building effective ways of working, with measurable results.
- Experience balancing customer needs, commercial opportunities and technical priorities.
