Our Clinical Team

You will be joining an experienced and multidisciplinary clinical team comprising:

• 2 GP Partners
• 1 Business Partner
• 3 Advanced Nurse Practitioners
• A highly skilled Practice Nursing Team

In addition, our PCN provides access to:

• Social Prescribers
• A dedicated Paramedic Home Visiting Service

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed GP to join our friendly team for 5-6 sessions per week. Session allocation and working patterns can be discussed and tailored for the right candidate.

This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys providing high-quality, personalised care while contributing to the ongoing development of a progressive practice.
