Overview

Join Gallagher’s in-house Marketing Studio as a Marketing Account Co-ordinator. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality marketing projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is all about building strong relationships, co-ordinating projects, and ensuring every deliverable meets the needs of our marketing partners.

How you'll make an impact

In this role, you’ll work with both our account management and project management teams to ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll help marketing partners define their needs, suggest solutions, and guide them through the creative process.

 

You’ll also:

• Ensure project requirements are clear and deadlines are met.
• Act as a key contact for in-house marketing partners, keeping communication open and consistent.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to prioritise projects and maintain strong relationships.
• Look for ways to improve workflows and adopt best practices.

About You

Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:

• Experience co-ordinating marketing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Adobe Workfront.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a knack for staying organised.
• Strong communication skills to explain ideas clearly and build trust with stakeholders.
• A flexible mindset to adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
• A relevant Marketing qualification
