A permanent opportunity is available for an experienced 7.5 Tonne Driver to join a busy distribution operation in Bristol. You will be responsible for completing local deliveries safely, professionally and on time.

Key responsibilities

Drive a 7.5-tonne vehicle in line with road and safety regulations
Complete multidrop deliveries, with fewer than 10 drops per shift
Load, check and secure goods before departure
Complete delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures where required
Carry out vehicle checks and report any defects promptly
Provide courteous service at each delivery location
Follow planned routes and delivery instructions

Skills and qualifications

Valid UK driving licence with entitlement to drive 7.5-tonne vehicles
Previous multidrop delivery experience
Comfortable completing fewer than 10 drops per shift
Good knowledge of Bristol and surrounding areas would be helpful
Strong time-management and organisational skills
Reliable, safety-conscious and customer-focused approach
Good communication skills and a professional manner
Ability to handle goods safely and work independently
