HGV Driver Immediate Starts

Based in CV34 | £42,000+ Annually | 5:00am starts | Ongoing work

Looking for steady, ongoing work to start right away? Want to have work right up until Christmas?

We are recruiting experienced 7.5T / C1 Drivers to join an established operation delivering across the midlands. This isn't your everyday driving job. You will be making deliveries of unique products and ensuring you give the best customer service along the way.

• Minimum 8 hours pay guaranteed
• Typically 10-hour working days
• 5:00am starts
• Ongoing work up to Christmas with more work in the New Year
• Regular work with an established operation

What will you be doing?

Youll be more than just a driver. Alongside driving, youll help with the delivery of the product inside customer locations.

This can include:

• Loading and unloading the vehicle
• Rolling, pushing and positioning cases
• Negotiating kerbs and obstacles
• Carrying out manual handling as part of the delivery
• Providing a professional and helpful service to customers

This is a physically active role

This is not a sit-behind-the-wheel-only job.

Youll need to be physically fit, comfortable with manual handling and able to work as part of a team when moving heavier items.

Youll need:

• Category C1/ 7.5t Licence
• Valid CPC
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• At least 12 months 7.5T driving experience
• A reliable and professional attitude
• To be comfortable with 5:00am starts
• To be happy working in a physically demanding role

Previous experience in delivery, removals, logistics or similar work would be an advantage, but its not essential.
