We welcome applications from people at all levels whether youre new to social care or have lots of experience. This is a physical, hands-on role, and to succeed youll have:

• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
• The ability to work full-time (37.5hours per week) with a 7-day availability
• Previous experience in a care/support setting
• A validmanual UK driving licence
• The legal right to live and work in the UK

Redhill Supported Living is growing, and we're looking for kind, enthusiastic people to join our friendly team.
We're expanding our service and supporting five amazing people to live more independently, achieve their goals and enjoy life to the fullest. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team where you'll make a genuine difference every day.
