We're looking for a Recruitment Marketing Apprentice to join our growing team and gain hands-on experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, recruitment campaigns and employer branding.

You'll work alongside our Recruitment Marketing & Attraction Specialist, creating real content and supporting campaigns that help people discover careers at Agincare.

You don't need previous marketing experience, we're looking for someone who is creative, curious, organised and keen to learn.

What you'll be doing

Creating and scheduling content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, from posts, reels, videos and employee storiesSupporting recruitment campaigns, careers fairs and eventsKeeping up with social media trends and new content ideasHelping manage marketing materials and branded merchandiseMonitoring campaign and social media performance and candidate enquiriesAttending apprenticeship classes and completing coursework and assignments as part of your working weekWhat you'll learn You'll gain practical experience in: Social media and digital marketingContent creation and storytellingRecruitment marketing and employer brandingCampaign planningMarketing analytics and reportingPhotography and videoWhat we're looking for We're looking for someone who is: Creative and full of ideasConfident using social mediaA good communicatorOrganised and reliableInterested in marketing and content creationCurious and keen to learnComfortable working as part of a teamPlease note: this position cannot be offered to anyone currently undertaking another apprenticeship.
