HGV Class 1 Shunter Driver - RuncornPeople Solutions are currently recruiting for an HGV Class 1 Shunter Driver to join our well-established client based in Runcorn .This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing assignments, weekly pay, overtime opportunities, immediate starts, a paid induction, and genuine long-term opportunities with a leading logistics business.

New passes are welcome, as full training will be provided on site.

This would suit applicants who have worked as an LGV Class 1 Driver , Category CE Driver or Articulated Lorry Driver.

Rates of Pay:£18.22 per hour Monday to Friday£21.00 per hour Saturday£22.00 per hour

Duties:

Your duties as an HGV Class 1 Shunter Driver are: Completing yard shunting duties and vehicle movements around the siteOperating Category C+E vehicles safely and efficientlyCarrying out unit movements on the yardEnsuring the yard is kept clean and tidyAdhering to all road traffic legislation and company proceduresReporting any vehicle defects or maintenance requirements promptlyAssisting with loading and unloading where requiredMaintaining high standards of health and safety at all timesEssential

Skills:
