Academics are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Tutor to provide 1:1 tuition and personalised support to a Key Stage 1 student with SEN in the Margate area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SEN Tutor , Teacher, HLTA or experienced education professional who enjoys building strong relationships and creating engaging, personalised learning experiences.

The Role:

Provide tailored 1:1 tuition to a student with ASDCreate a positive, supportive and engaging learning environment where the student feels safe, calm and valuedUse creative and alternative ways of communicating, including visual supports, practical activities and kinaesthetic, play-based learningDevelop a strong, trusting relationship with the student, celebrating their progress and achievements along the wayWork with the family to support the student's development and progressHave the support from an Academics team member every step of the wayWe're Looking For: Experienced SEN Tutor, Teacher, HLTA or SEN professionalIndividual with experience supporting children or young people with SEN (ASD specific preferably)Patient, empathetic and nurturing professional who can create a calm and positive learning environmentEngaging and motivating educator who can build a strong connection with a student on a 1:1 basisExcellent communicator with strong relationship-building skillsProfessional with a genuine passion for helping young people build confidence, overcome barriers and reach their potentialBenefits: Competitive rates of payConsistent tuition opportunitiesDedicated support from an experienced education consultantThe opportunity to make a real and lasting impact on a young person's educational journeyIf you're a passionate SEN Tutor looking for a rewarding 1:1 opportunity in Margate, we'd love to hear from you!
