We're currently recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers to join an established timber companybased in Faringdon, with a genuine opportunity to move from t emporary to permanent. A bit about the role£18.00 per hour5:00am start timesMonday to Friday4–6 drops per dayTemp to Perm opportunityBased in FaringdonWorking for an established and reputable timber companyFull training and support providedRegular, consistent workWhat you'll be doingAs an HGV Class 2 Driver, you'll be responsible for delivering timber products to customers safely and professionally.

Your day will typically involve: Completing 4–6 deliveries per dayDriving a Class 2 vehicle safely and responsiblyLoading and unloading timber productsDelivering to customers across the local areaCarrying out vehicle checks and completing relevant paperworkProviding a professional and friendly service to customersFollowing all company health & safety proceduresHGV Class 2 Driver – The must-havesValid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licenceValid CPC and Digital Tachograph CardGood understanding of drivers' hours and road safety regulationsReliable and punctual2 years experienceProfessional attitude and good customer service skillsComfortable with some manual handlingPrevious delivery experience would be advantageousYou'll have consistent weekday work, early starts that give you a good structure to your day, and the opportunity to become a valued member of an established team.
