We're now looking for a Children's Care Assistant to support a young boy living in his family home in Crawley . If you're passionate about meaningful, one-to-one care and want a role where you can genuinely change lives, this could be the perfect fit.

About the Role

You'll provide one-to-one support, helping this young boy live well at home while ensuring his clinical needs are met.

Your responsibilities will include:

Seizure managementVentilation supportManual handlingAdministering medicationInteract and play with clientThis is a great opportunity for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and confident working with children who have complex needs. Shifts Waking Nights, 20:00 - 07:30Additional shifts may be available locally for those open to flexible working. We'll work with you to build a rota that suits your life.
