We are currently recruiting HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers in Chelmsford to support the largest parcel and mail distribution company in the UK. Shifts and hours to suit all availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport parcels between distribution hubs and delivery centres.
• Ensure deliveries are completed safely, securely and on time.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Maintain accurate driver and vehicle records.
• Communicate effectively with transport, dispatch and warehouse teams.

Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence held for a minimum of 24 months.
• Valid Driver CPC qualification.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• No more than 6 penalty points on your driving licence.
• Previous parcel distribution or trunking experience is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• Professional, reliable and positive approach to work.
